OATH Privacy Policy
Effective date — June 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the OATH app collects, how it is used, and the third parties that help operate it. OATH is a motivational and affirmation app that generates personalized content for you. OATH is operated by Deep24.
Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to personalize and deliver your content:
- Onboarding details: your first name and the goals or motivation you enter so OATH can personalize your content.
- Anonymous identifier: OATH uses Supabase anonymous authentication to give your app a private user identifier. You do not create an account, and we do not collect an email address or password.
- Generated content and history: the content OATH generates for you, along with your generation-job history such as status and timestamps.
- Device and usage information: basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, and how you interact with core features, used to operate and improve the app.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active OATH subscription and related purchase state.
How Your Content Is Generated (AI)
OATH personalizes your content using third-party artificial-intelligence providers. The first name, goals, and motivation you provide are sent to these providers to generate the text of your content and to synthesize the accompanying voice and audio.
Content is produced automatically by AI and may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for a given situation. We disclose this AI processing so you understand how your inputs are used.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate and personalize your motivational content.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
- To manage your subscription and verify your access to paid features.
- To diagnose problems and protect against abuse or misuse.
Subscriptions and Payments
OATH offers an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed and billed by Apple through your Apple ID; OATH never receives your full payment-card details. You can view or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify your subscription status.
Third Parties That Process Your Data
The following providers may process data on our behalf, each only to perform its function for OATH and under its own terms and privacy policy:
- Apple — processes in-app purchases and subscription billing.
- RevenueCat — manages and verifies subscription status and entitlements.
- Supabase — provides backend storage and the anonymous authentication behind your identifier and generation history.
- AI content-generation providers — generate the text and voice of your personalized content.
- Cloud hosting and content-delivery (CDN) providers — host the backend and deliver generated media.
Data Retention
We keep your onboarding details, generated content, and generation history for as long as your app remains active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time, as described below.
Children's Privacy
OATH is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
Your Choices and Data Requests
You can request access to, or deletion of, the data associated with your OATH identifier by emailing oliver@deep24.com. Because OATH uses anonymous authentication, please send your request from the device or include information that helps us locate your data.
Deleting the app from your device also removes the OATH data stored locally on that device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as OATH evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
