OATH Terms of Use

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of OATH is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can read it at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

These Terms add OATH-specific conditions on top of the Standard EULA. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA governs to the extent Apple requires; otherwise these Terms apply.

Subscriptions

• OATH is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. The current price is $12.99 per month; the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase applies.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.
• Billing and refunds are handled by Apple. Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat.

License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, Deep24 grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use OATH for your own non-commercial motivation and entertainment. You agree not to:

• misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its backend services;
• use OATH to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content;
• resell or commercially exploit the app or the content it generates without our permission; or
• attempt to access another user’s data or our systems without authorization.

Intellectual Property

OATH, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Deep24 and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, content generated specifically for you is yours to use for personal purposes. You are responsible for how you use that content.

AI-Generated Content

OATH content is generated automatically by third-party AI systems based on the information you provide. It may be inaccurate, repetitive, generic, or unsuitable for your situation, and it does not represent professional advice or the views of Deep24. Use your own judgment before relying on any generated content.

Not Medical or Professional Advice

OATH provides motivational and entertainment content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything in OATH.

Disclaimers

OATH is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep24 and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of OATH or your reliance on generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for OATH in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and Termination

We may update OATH or these Terms, and we may suspend or end the service. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the Apple Standard EULA or applicable law provides otherwise.
